Overview:
Amazon Redshift is a popular cloud data warehouse from Amazon Web Services (AWS) designed for managing and migrating exabyte-scale data sets while running complex analytical queries in a blink of an eye. Redshift provides cloud scalability and speed without requiring customers to manage data warehouse infrastructure themselves.
Each example process in this recipe demonstrates how to modify records stored in the Redshift database table for a particular operation.
This solution consists of five example use case processes:
- Insert
- Upsert
- Delete
- Update
- Unload
Each process connects to the Amazon Redshift database by configuring the Boomi Amazon Redshift Connector with the appropriate credentials. Operations that involve adding or updating records obtain a Disk Connector to access Redshift file paths.
This recipe makes it easy to use Boomi to collect data in Redshift for business intelligence (BI), training models for machine learning (ML), and for sharing data across departments and divisions. Collect vast amounts of data quickly, securely, and easily with Boomi and Redshift together.
