This solution will set you up for success with guidance to:

  • Retrieve new Account from Salesforce
  • Add new customer to Quickbooks
  • Return Quickbooks ID to Salesforce

Enhance your experience in Salesforce by connecting directly to Quickbooks to add new customer. This solution allows bi-directional exchange of IDs.

This solution allows you to easily input customer records into Quickbooks from Salesforce. Automating the transfer of data eliminates the delay and errors that frequently occur with manual data entry from one system to another, and frees up employees to focus on higher level tasks.

This solution allows you to easily get data from Salesforce and map it to create or update information in Quickbooks. Quickbooks can then return a confirmation value to Salesforce. This allows Salesforce users to easily see which records have associated Quickbooks records and view data from Quickbooks that they typically would not have access to in Salesforce.

Integrating Salesforce with Quickbooks saves time and money by automating manual data entry from one program to another. It also allows pertinent information from Quickbooks to be passed to Salesforce, eliminating the need for the Salesforce user to have a Quickbooks license to retrieve the information.
