  • PtoP Atom Queue retrieval process

Overview:

This solution connects to Salesforce to access data and add it to a PtoP Atom Queue. The PtoP Atom Queue allows multiple applications to add records to the queue for retrieval by a single endpoint.

The PtoP Atom Queue is perfect for like data that needs to be received from multiple endpoints. It aligns the data format from all senders and allows the target application to retrieve all of the records from a single queue.

This solution allows a Salesforce Connection to add data to a common queue for easy retrieval. The PtoP Atom Queue simplifies the process of keeping data up to date across multiple applications. Instead of creating a separate connection between multiple applications and the target application, each application can simply drop the required data into the queue. The target application can then retrieve all of the data from one endpoint.

The PtoP Atom Queue makes it easy to consolidate and update data that is sourced from multiple locations. The Atom Queue does not count towards Connector counts for Atomsphere subscriptions, so using it can also help to save on connector subscription costs.
